  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1.5 cups pecans
  • 1 9in pie crust


  1. Stir the corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, corn starch, sugar and butter. Fold in pecans

  2. Bake in a 350° oven on center of rack for 60-70 minutes and cool for 2 hours.

  3. Cover with foil and store pie in refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

**Pie is done when center reaches 200° fahrenheit**
