Ingredients

  • 1 lb of thin spaghetti
  • 2 lbs of medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sazon completa
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Sauce

  • 3/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl; set aside
  2. Cook pasta 8 minutes, drain
  3. Place the uncooked shrimp in a medium bowl, add the paprika, garlic, sazon, pepper
  4. In a large skillet, on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked shrimp
  5. Cook shrimp for two minutes each side, until no longer pink, about 10 minutes
  6. Remove from heat and set aside
  7. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp and sauce mixture and toss WELL and serve.
