Roughly chop and rinse cabbage, bell pepper and onion, set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil on med-high heat in a large pot or dutch oven.

Brown ground turkey, stirring frequently, approximately 15 minutes

Add garlic powder, salt, oregano, diced garlic cloves, onion powder, sazon, pepper and seasoned salt; stir and set aside

In a large pot, add 3 cups of water, cabbage and onion and cook over medium-high temperature or until cabbage is tender, approximately 10 minutes, stirring frequently

Combine cabbage, beef broth, tomato paste, ground turkey(or beef) green bell pepper, carrots, oregano and stewed tomatoes; mix all ingredients well

Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with cornbread if desired
