Roasted Sweet Potatoes

The perfect side item to complement any meal.

  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 425. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange sweet potatoes in one layer, and add the oil, salt, pepper, brown sugar and garlic. Toss until potatoes are well coated.

  3. Roast in the oven for 45-55 minutes, flipping occasionally until tender.

  4. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and season with a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
