Cut wings at the joints to make 3 pieces and discard tip

Pour canola oil into a large frying pan

Preheat oven to 400ยบ F

In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder

Dregde wings in flour/cornstarch mixture and shake off excess

Carefully place wings in the hot oil and fry approximately 3 minutes each side

Whisk together the honey, dijon mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and parsley

Remove wings from frying pan and place in the bowl with sauce mixture and coat well

Place wings on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes each side

Broil on high for 2 minutes each side

Garnish with parsley and serve while hot
